3、投标人资格要求投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1、投标人须具有法人资格或事业单位或是依法设立的其他组织，国内投标人提供《营业执照》复印件或《事业单位法人证书》复印件；国外投标人须提供注册证明文件复印件，评标委员会保留审核原件的权利。2、投标人必须提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。3若投标人所提供的货物非投标人自己制造的，投标人应提供货物制造商授权书（提供制造商或国内一级代理机构出具的授权书原件或授权证明文件原件，授权书或授权证明文件需能显示产品制造厂家对投标产品授权链条的完整性）。4、若所供主要货物非投标人生产的，则投标人必须提供就本次投标获得的制造商售后服务承诺书原件，证明其响应货物和服务将获得货物制造商售后服务的保证；同时提供投标人（制造商）在国内的厂家办事处或 及维修服务中心的
